The Boys’ Preschool Air 1 Mid is the mid-top edition of the iconic Air 1 silhouette in sizing for little boys. Michael ’s first signature shoe from 1985 was remodeled into this mid-top version beginning in the early 2000s , and the 1 Mid features the same construction for the silhouette as the adult sizing, traditionally built in full-grain leather. Select styles feature other materials including suede, synthetic leather, and textiles. All of the details you already know and love from the original AJ 1 design are present, including the classic side Swooshes, “Wings” Air logo, and low-profile rubber sole. The Boys’ Preschool sizing of the 1 Mid is released in colorways matching the standard men’s edition, as well as special colorways exclusive to children.
